Sātyaki’s Assurance and the Protection of Dharmarāja (सात्यकिवचनम्—धर्मराजरक्षणविचारः)
उस सुन्दर ड्योढ़ीमें प्रवेश करके राजाको प्रणाम करनेके पश्चात् उनके सामने खड़े हुए अर्जुनको पाण्डव-दश्रेष्ठ युधिष्ठिरने उठकर प्रेमपूर्वक हृदयसे लगा लिया ।।
sañjaya uvāca | mūrdhni cainam upāghrāya pariṣvajya ca bāhunā | āśīṣaḥ paramāḥ procyā smayamāno 'bhyabhāṣata ||
Sañjaya sprach: Yudhiṣṭhira, der Beste unter den Pāṇḍavas, erhob sich, als Arjuna durch das prächtige Tor eintrat, dem König die Ehre erwies und vor ihm stehen blieb, um ihn zu empfangen. Er zog ihn an sich, roch an seinem Scheitel und umarmte ihn mit einem Arm; dann sprach der König, nachdem er ihm die höchsten Segenswünsche gegeben hatte, mit sanftem Lächeln — ein liebevoller Akt des Dharma, der Verwandtschaft und Rechtschaffenheit selbst unter dem Druck des Krieges ehrt.
