Transliteration

prācchādayetām anyonyaṃ takṣamāṇau maheṣubhiḥ |

Translation

Sañjaya sprach: „Mit überaus schnellen Bögen, die mit schrecklichem Saitenknall dröhnten, begannen die beiden Krieger einander mit großen Geschossen zu bedecken und sich im Gedränge der Schlacht zu zerfetzen und zu verstümmeln.“
