दुर्योधन–द्रोणसंवादः

Arjuna-vīrya-prasaṃśā and renewed battle formation

निहता: समरे शूरा: पाण्डवैर्बलवत्तरा: । किमन्यद्‌ दैवसंयोगान्मन्यसे पुरुषाधम

nihatāḥ samare śūrāḥ pāṇḍavair balavattarāḥ | kim anyad daivasaṃyogān manyase puruṣādhama ||

Sañjaya sprach: „In der Schlacht sind mächtige Helden — stärker als die Pāṇḍavas — von den Pāṇḍavas erschlagen worden. Was sonst, du Niedrigster der Menschen, willst du darin sehen, wenn nicht das Wirken des Geschicks und die Fügung der Vorsehung?“
