अभ्यधावत्‌ कुरुपतिं तव पुत्र जिघांसया । नृपश्रेष्ठ) तदनन्तर क्रोधमें भरे हुए राजा युधिष्ठिर आपके पुत्र कुरुराज दुर्योधनको मार डालनेकी इच्छासे उसकी ओर दौड़े

abhyadhāvat kurupatiṁ tava putra jighāṁsayā | nṛpaśreṣṭha |

Sañjaya sprach: Dann, o Bester der Könige, stürmte Yudhiṣṭhira, vom Zorn ganz entflammt, auf den Herrn der Kurus, deinen Sohn Duryodhana, zu, entschlossen, ihn zu erschlagen.
