Chapter 148: Karṇa’s Pressure, Dhṛṣṭadyumna Unhorsed, and the Summoning of Ghaṭotkaca

ततो विनिहते राजन्‌ सिन्धुराजे किरीटिना । तमस्तद्‌ वासुदेवेन संहृतं भरतर्षभ,राजन! भरतश्रेष्ठ! किरीटधारी अर्जुनके द्वारा सिंधुराज जयद्रथके मारे जानेपर भगवान्‌ श्रीकृष्णने अपने रचे हुए अन्धकारको समेट लिया

tato vinihate rājan sindhurāje kirīṭinā | tamas tad vāsudevena saṁhṛtaṁ bharatarṣabha ||

Sañjaya sprach: „O König, als der Herr von Sindhu (Jayadratha) von Arjuna, dem Diademträger, erschlagen worden war, da zog Vāsudeva (Kṛṣṇa), o Stier unter den Bharatas, die Finsternis zurück, die er selbst heraufbeschworen hatte.“
