Duryodhana–Karna Dialogue on Vyūha-bheda and Daiva
अथैनं पज्चविंशत्या सायकानां समार्पयत् । अवप्लुत्य रथाच्चैद्यो गदामादाय सत्वर:
athainaṁ pañcaviṁśatyā sāyakānāṁ samārpayat | avaplutya rathāc caidyo gadām ādāya satvaraḥ ||
Sañjaya sprach: Dann traf er ihn mit einer Salve von fünfundzwanzig Pfeilen. Der König von Cedi sprang von seinem Wagen herab und ergriff eilends seine Keule, wechselte vom Fernkampf zum Nahkampf in der Glut der Schlacht, wo Mut und Entschlossenheit ebenso geprüft werden wie Können.
