Droṇa’s Rebuke to Duryodhana after Jayadratha’s Fall

Sañjaya sprach: Mitten in jener überaus schrecklichen, tobenden Schlacht drang Sātyaki, nachdem er all deine Truppen überwunden hatte, vor und stürmte Arjuna entgegen.
The verse highlights kṣātra-dharma expressed as steadfast loyalty and protective duty: even amid a terrifying melee, a warrior committed to his allies advances after overcoming obstacles, placing responsibility and solidarity above fear.
During a fierce phase of the Kurukṣetra war, Sātyaki breaks through and defeats the opposing troops (addressed as 'your armies' to Dhṛtarāṣṭra) and then moves toward Arjuna, implying an urgent effort to reach, support, or safeguard him.
