हयानां ह्ेषमाणानामनीकेषु सहस्रश: । सर्वानिभ्यभवच्छब्दान् भीमस्य नदत: स्वन:,उन सेनाओंमें हजारों घोड़े जोर-जोरसे हिनहिना रहे थे; परंतु गर्जना करते हुए भीमसेनका शब्द उन सब शब्दोंको दबाकर ऊपर उठ गया था
hayānāṁ hreṣamāṇānām anīkeṣu sahasraśaḥ | sarvān abhyabhavac chabdān bhīmasya nadataḥ svanaḥ ||
Sañjaya sprach: In den Schlachtordnungen wieherten Tausende von Pferden laut; doch Bhīmasenas donnerndes Brüllen, als er aufschrie, stieg darüber empor und übertönte jedes andere Geräusch.
