indra uvāca | kaccit sukhaṁ svapiṣi tvaṁ bṛhaspate kaccin mano-jñāḥ paricārakās te | kaccid devānāṁ sukha-kāmo 'si vipra kaccid devās tvāṁ paripālayanti ||
Indra sprach: „Bṛhaspati, schläfst du in Behagen? Hast du Diener, die deinem Sinn gefallen? O Brahmane, begehrst du noch immer das Wohlergehen der Götter? Und schützen und stützen dich die Götter ihrerseits in vollem Maße?“
