अर्जुनदुःखहेतुप्रश्नः — Inquiry into the cause of Arjuna’s recurring hardship
Book 14, Chapter 89
तथैव द्विजसंघानां शंसतां विबभौ स्वन: । भारत! उस समय आकाशवाणी हुई--'पाण्डवो! तुमने बहुत अच्छा निश्चय किया। तुम्हें धन्यवाद!” इसी प्रकार पाण्डवोंके सत्साहसकी प्रशंसा करते हुए ब्राह्मण-समूहोंका भी शब्द वहाँ स्पष्ट सुनायी दे रहा था
tathaiva dvijasaṅghānāṃ śaṃsatāṃ vibabhau svanaḥ |
Vaiśampāyana sprach: „So war es; und ebenso hallte dort der klare Klang von Gruppen von Brāhmaṇas wider, die sie priesen. In eben diesem Augenblick vernahm man eine himmlische Stimme: ‚O Pāṇḍavas, ihr habt einen höchst vortrefflichen Entschluss gefasst; unser Dank sei euch!‘ So bekräftigten sowohl göttliche Zustimmung als auch die Segensworte der Gelehrten öffentlich den rechtschaffenen Mut und die lautere Absicht der Pāṇḍavas.“
