मया तु भरतश्रेष्ठ चिरदृष्ट: पिता प्रभु: । तमहं द्रष्टमेच्छामि सम्मते तव फाल्गुन

Transliteration

mayā tu bharataśreṣṭha ciradṛṣṭaḥ pitā prabhuḥ | tam ahaṃ draṣṭum icchāmi sammate tava phālguna ||

Translation

Vāyu sprach: „O Bester der Bhāratas, meinen verehrten Vater, meinen Herrn, habe ich seit langer Zeit nicht gesehen. Ich wünsche, ihn zu schauen. Wenn es dir recht ist, o Phālguna (Arjuna), will ich nach Dvārakā gehen, um sein Darśana zu empfangen.“
