Kṛṣṇa–Arjuna Saṃvāda in Indraprastha: Consolation, Legitimation, and Leave for Dvārakā (आश्वमेधिकपर्व, अध्याय १५)
The verse highlights disciplined counsel and ethical communication: even when a divine being has an intention, it is to be presented through proper channels—respecting the king’s authority and seeking consent rather than acting unilaterally.
Vāyudeva addresses Arjuna, asking him to go to the great-souled king Yudhiṣṭhira and convey a message that includes Vāyudeva’s intention/proposal to go to Dvārakā, placing the matter before the king for consideration.
