Suvarṇa-dāna: Kārttikeya’s Origin and the Defeat of Tāraka (सुवर्णदान-प्रसङ्गे कार्त्तिकेय-उत्पत्ति तथा तारकवधः)
नदैवं नाशुभं किंचिद् विद्यते तत्र वासव | तत्र दिव्यान्यरण्यानि दिव्यानि भवनानि च
na daivaṃ nāśubhaṃ kiṃcid vidyate tatra vāsava | tatra divyāny araṇyāni divyāni bhavanāni ca ||
Bhīṣma sprach: „O Vāsava (Indra), in jenem Reich gibt es nichts, was als Unglück vorherbestimmt wäre, und überhaupt nichts Unheilvolles. Dort sind himmlische Wälder und ebenso himmlische Wohnstätten.“
