अविद्वांसमलं लोके विद्वांसमपि वा पुनः । नयन्ति हापथं नार्य: कामक्रोधवशानुगम्,संसारमें कोई मूर्ख हो या विद्वान, काम और क्रोधके वशीभूत हुए मनुष्यको नारियाँ अवश्य ही कुमार्गपर पहुँचा देती हैं
avidvāṁsam alaṁ loke vidvāṁsam api vā punaḥ | nayanti hāpathaṁ nāryaḥ kāma-krodha-vaśānugam ||
Bhīṣma sprach: Ob ein Mann in dieser Welt unwissend oder gelehrt ist—Frauen können ihn wahrlich auf einen Irrweg führen, wenn er dem Einfluss von Begierde und Zorn folgt.
