वसेयुरेते विज्ञाता वर्तयन्त: स्वकर्मभि: । युञ्जन्तो वाप्यलंकारांसतथोपकरणानि च,इन्हें चाहिये कि गहने तथा अन्य उपकरणोंको बनायें तथा अपने उद्योग-धंधोंसे जीविका चलाते हुए प्रकटरूपसे निवास करें
vaseyur ete vijñātā vartayantaḥ svakarmabhiḥ | yuñjanto vāpy alaṅkārān tathopakaraṇāni ca ||
Bhishma sprach: „Diese Menschen sollen, als solche erkannt und bekannt, offen leben. Sie sollen sich durch ihre eigenen Gewerbe erhalten und sich auch der Herstellung von Schmuck und anderen Geräten widmen.“
