purā kṛtayuge tāta ṛṣir āsīn mahāyaśāḥ

Translation

Vāsudeva sprach: „Vor langer Zeit, im Kṛta-Yuga, mein Lieber, lebte ein großer ṛṣi von weithin strahlendem Ruhm.“
