पितृणां यत्र गुह्यानि प्रोच्यन्ते श्राद्धकर्मणि । देवतानां च सर्वेषां रहस्यं कथ्यतेडखिलम्
bhīṣma uvāca | pitṝṇāṁ yatra guhyāni procyante śrāddhakarmaṇi | devatānāṁ ca sarveṣāṁ rahasyaṁ kathyate ’khilam |
Bhishma sprach: „In jener Lehre werden die verborgenen Grundsätze über die śrāddha-Riten für die Ahnen offenbart; und dort wird auch der vollständige innere Sinn aller Götter erklärt—wobei, mitsamt seiner esoterischen Begründung, das große, fruchtbringende Dharma der Rishis dargelegt wird, ebenso die Früchte großer Opfer und jeder Art von Gabe.“
