Chapter 74: Non-anger, Forbearance, and the Ethics of Residence

अतो हास्यतरं लोके किंचिदन्यन्न विद्यते | यत्र दुर्जनमित्याह दुर्जन: सज्जनं स्वयम्‌,संसारमें इससे बढ़कर हँसीकी दूसरी कोई बात नहीं हो सकती कि जो दुर्जन हैं, वे स्वयं ही सज्जन पुरुषोंको दुर्जन कहते हैं

ato hāsyataraṁ loke kiṁcid anyan na vidyate | yatra durjanam ity āha durjanaḥ sajjanaṁ svayam ||

„Nichts ist in dieser Welt lächerlicher als dies: dass ein Böser selbst einen Guten ‚böse‘ nennt.“
