आवयोर्दष्टयोरेभि: कथं तु स्थात् समागम: । एवं तयोक्तो भगवान् नीहारमसूजत् प्रभु:,“और हम दोनोंको देख रहे हैं। ऐसी दशामें हमारा समागम कैसे हो सकता है?” उसके ऐसा कहनेपर शक्तिशाली भगवान् पराशरने कुहरेकी सृष्टि की
āvayor dṛṣṭayor ebhiḥ kathaṃ tu sthāt samāgamaḥ | evaṃ tayokto bhagavān nīhāram asūjat prabhuḥ |
„Sie beobachten uns beide; wie könnte da unsere Vereinigung möglich sein?“ sagte sie. So angesprochen, erschuf der mächtige Weise Parāśara, Herr geistiger Kräfte, einen Schleier aus Nebel und nahm damit das Hindernis öffentlicher Blicke hinweg.
