Duḥṣantasya Vana-praveśaḥ

King Duḥṣanta’s Entry into the Forest Hunt

इदं मिथ्या परिस्कन्नं रेतो मे न भवेदिति । ऋतुश्न तस्या: पत्न्या मे न मोघः स्यादिति प्रभु:,उन्होंने विचार किया, “मेरा यह स्खलित वीर्य व्यर्थ न हो, साथ ही मेरी पत्नी गिरिकाका ऋतुकाल भी व्यर्थ न जाय” इस प्रकार बारम्बार विचारकर राजाओंमें श्रेष्ठ वसुने उस वीर्यको अमोघ बनानेका ही निश्चय किया

Der Herrscher dachte: „Dieser Same, der vergeblich ausgeflossen ist, soll nicht nutzlos sein; und auch die fruchtbare Zeit meiner Gemahlin Girikā soll nicht ungenutzt vergehen.“
