कुरुवंशप्रश्नः—दुःषन्तस्य राजधर्मवर्णनम्

भरतानां महज्जन्म शृण्वतामनसूयताम् । नास्ति व्याधिभयं तेषां परलोकभयं कुत:,जो दूसरोंके दोष न देखनेवाले भरतवंशियोंके महान् जन्म-वृत्तान्तरूप महाभारतका श्रवण करते हैं, उन्हें इस लोकमें भी रोग-व्याधिका भय नहीं होता, फिर परलोकमें तो हो ही कैसे सकता है?
Translation
Für jene, die ohne Missgunst die große Erzählung von der erhabenen Geburt der Bhāratas hören, gibt es in dieser Welt keine Furcht vor Krankheit; woher sollte dann die Furcht vor dem Jenseits kommen?
