स एवमुक्तोउश्विभ्यां लब्धचक्षुरुपाध्यायसकाशमागम्याभ्यवादयत्,अश्विनीकुमारोंक ऐसा कहनेपर उपमन्युको आँखें मिल गयीं और उसने उपाध्यायके समीप आकर उन्हें प्रणाम किया
sa evam ukto 'śvibhyāṃ labdha-cakṣur upādhyāya-sakāśam āgamya abhyavādayat |
So angesprochen, ging Upamanyu — der durch die Aśvin-Zwillinge sein Augenlicht wiedererlangt hatte — zu seinem Lehrer, trat ehrerbietig heran und brachte ihm seine Verneigung dar.
