Garuḍa’s Inquiry on Permissible Prey and Vinatā’s Counsel (ब्राह्मणावध्यता–उपदेशः)

अरुण श्न यथैवास्य सारथ्यमकरोत्‌ प्रभु: । भूय एवापरं प्रश्न॑ं शृणु पूर्वमुदाह्ूतम्‌,शक्तिशाली अरुणने सूर्यके सारथिका कार्य क्‍यों किया, यह बात भी इस प्रसंगमें स्पष्ट हो गयी है। अब अपने पूर्वकथित दूसरे प्रश्नका पुनः उत्तर सुनो

aruṇaḥ sma yathaivāsya sārathyam akarot prabhuḥ | bhūya evāparaṃ praśnaṃ śṛṇu pūrvam udāhṛtam ||

„Wie der mächtige Aruṇa dazu kam, als Wagenlenker der Sonne zu dienen, ist in diesem Bericht bereits deutlich geworden. Nun höre erneut die andere Frage, die du zuvor gestellt hast, und ihre Antwort.“
