अड्वड़कलिड्लेषु यानि तीर्थानि कानिचित् | जगाम तानि सर्वाणि पुण्यान्यायतनानि च,तदनन्तर अंग, वंग और कलिंग देशोंमें जो कोई भी पवित्र तीर्थ और मन्दिर थे, उन सबमें वे गये
aṅga-vaṅga-kaliṅgeṣu yāni tīrthāni kānicit | jagāma tāni sarvāṇi puṇyāny āyatanāni ca ||
Vaiśampāyana sprach: Danach besuchte er in den Ländern Aṅga, Vaṅga und Kaliṅga jede heilige Furt und jeden geweihten Ort der Verehrung, der dort bestand—von Heiligtum zu Heiligtum schreitend in Ehrfurcht und auf der Suche nach Verdienst durch die Pilgerfahrt.
