Chapter 213

साहं शरणमभ्येमि रोरवीमि च दु:खिता । याचे त्वां चाभिकामाहं तस्मात्‌ कुरु मम प्रियम्‌ । स त्वमात्मप्रदानेन सकामां कर्तुमहसि,मैं भी यही आशा लेकर शरणमें आयी हूँ और बार-बार दु:ःखी होकर रोती-गिड़गिड़ाती हूँ। मैं आपके प्रति अनुरक्त हूँ और आपसे समागमकी याचना करती हूँ। अतः मेरा प्रिय मनोरथ पूर्ण कीजिये। मुझे आत्मदान देकर मेरी कामना सफल कीजिये

sāhaṃ śaraṇam abhyemi roravīmi ca duḥkhitā | yāce tvāṃ cābhikāmāhaṃ tasmāt kuru mama priyam | sa tvaṃ ātmapradānena sakāmāṃ kartum arhasi |

„Darum bin ich gekommen, um Zuflucht zu suchen; in meinem Elend weine ich und flehe immer wieder. Von dir angezogen, bitte ich um Vereinigung. So gewähre mir, was mir teuer ist—indem du dich selbst hingibst, erfülle mein Verlangen.“
