मया कथ॑ नानृतमुक्तमद्य भवेत् कुरूणामृषभ ब्रवीहि । पाञ्चालराजस्य सुताम धर्मो न चोपवर्तेत न विभ्रमेच्च,कुरुश्रेष्ठ! बताओ, अब कैसे मेरी बात झूठी न हो? और क्या किया जाय, जिससे इस पांचालराज-कुमारी कृष्णाको न तो पाप लगे और न नीच योनियोंमें ही भटकना पड़े
Translation
„O Stier der Kurus, sage mir: Wie kann es sein, dass das Wort, das ich heute sprach, nicht zur Unwahrheit wird? Und was ist zu tun, damit die Tochter des Königs von Pañchāla—Krishnā—keine Sünde auf sich lädt und nicht durch diese Verwirrung in niedrige Geburten umherirrt?“
