मन्दर-समुद्रमन्थन-वर्णनम् / Description of the Churning of the Ocean with Mount Mandara

यथावत् प्रार्थितं लब्ध्वा वरं तुष्टाभवत् तदा | कृतकृत्या तु विनता लब्ध्वा वीर्याधिकौ सुतौ,अपनी प्रार्थनाके अनुसार ठीक वर पाकर वह बहुत प्रसन्न हुई। कद्रूके पुत्रोंसे अधिक बलवान् और पराक्रमी--दो पुत्रोंके होनेका वर प्राप्त करके विनता अपनेको कृतकृत्य मानने लगी
Translation
Als sie den Segen genau nach ihrem Begehren erlangt hatte, war sie damals überaus erfreut. Vinatā hielt sich für vollends beglückt, da sie die Gabe zweier Söhne erhielt, an Kraft und Tapferkeit den Söhnen Kadrūs überlegen.
