Kuntī–Yudhiṣṭhira Dialogue on Bhīma’s Mission
निर्वापयन्तो ज्वलनं ते जना ददृशुस्तत: । जातुषं तद् गृहं दग्धममात्यं च पुरोचनम्,आते ही वे (सब) लोग आग बुझानेमें लग गये। उस समय उन्होंने देखा कि सारा घर लाखका बना था, जो जलकर खाक हो गया। उसीमें मन्त्री पुरोचन भी जल गया था
nirvāpayanto jvalanaṃ te janā dadṛśus tataḥ | jātuṣaṃ tad gṛhaṃ dagdham amātyaṃ ca purocanam ||
Als die Menschen eilends herbeiströmten, um das Feuer zu löschen, sahen sie, dass das ganze Haus—aus Lack erbaut—zu Asche geworden war; und darin war auch der Minister Purocana verbrannt.
