तदा शत्रुस्वनं श्र॒त्वा भ्रातृभि: सहितो5नघ: । अयाज्जवेन कौन्तेयो रथेनानादयन् दिश:,तब शत्रुओंका सिंहनाद सुनकर भाइयोंसहित निष्पाप अर्जुन रथकी घरघराहटसे सम्पूर्ण दिशाओंको प्रतिध्वनित करते हुए बड़े वेगसे आगे बढ़े
tadā śatrusvanaṃ śrutvā bhrātṛbhiḥ sahito 'naghaḥ | ayāj javena kaunteyo rathenānādayan diśaḥ ||
