Transliteration

Vaiśampāyana uvāca | pañcabhir bhrātṛbhiḥ Pārthadroṇaḥ parivṛto babhau | pañcatāreṇa saṃyuktaḥ sāvitreṇeva candramāḥ ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana sprach: Von den fünf Brüdern umringt, erstrahlte Droṇa—Lehrer der Söhne Pṛthās—wie der Mond, vereint mit dem fünfsternigen Asterismus Hasta unter der Obhut Savitṛs.
