The Birth of Kṛpa and Kṛpī; Kṛpa’s Attainment of Astras
ऋषय ऊचु: अस्ति वै तव धर्मात्मन् विद्यो देवोपमं शुभम्,ऋषि बोले--धर्मात्मा नरेश! तुम्हें पापरहित देवोपम शुभ संतान होनेका योग है, यह हम दिव्यदृष्टिसे जानते हैं। नरव्याप्र! भाग्यने जिसे दे रखा है, उस फलको प्रयत्नद्वारा प्राप्त कीजिये
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ—asti vai tava dharmātman vidyo devopamaṃ śubham |
Die Weisen sprachen: „O Gerechter, wir schauen für dich ein gesegnetes Geschick: Nachkommen, strahlend wie die Götter. Mit unserem göttlichen Blick wissen wir, dass dies frei von Sünde ist. Darum, o König, bemühe dich, die Frucht zu erlangen, die das Schicksal dir bereits zugeteilt hat.“
