Shloka 47

देवैर्विष्णोः शरणागमनम्—शिवलिङ्गस्थापनं, शिवसहस्रनामस्तवः, सुदर्शनचक्रप्रदानं च

विजितात्मा विधेयात्मा भूतवाहनसारथिः सगणो गणकार्यश् च सुकीर्तिश् छिन्नसंशयः

vijitātmā vidheyātmā bhūtavāhanasārathiḥ sagaṇo gaṇakāryaś ca sukīrtiś chinnasaṃśayaḥ

Er ist der Selbstbezwinger (Vijitātmā), der vollkommen gezügelte Geist (Vidheyātmā); der Wagenlenker, der die Scharen der Wesen als sein Gefährt führt. Stets ist er von seinen Gaṇas umgeben, und er vollbringt die Werke der Gaṇas. Von glückverheißendem Ruhm, durchschneidet er den Zweifel und löst das pāśa der Ungewissheit vom paśu, der gebundenen Seele.
