उमामहेश्वरव्रतं—पञ्चाक्षरमन्त्रस्य माहात्म्यं, न्यासः, जपविधिः, सदाचारः, विनियोगः

अङ्गुलीनां च सर्वेषां तथा चाद्यन्तपर्वसु सबिन्दुकानि बीजानि पञ्च मध्यमपर्वसु

aṅgulīnāṃ ca sarveṣāṃ tathā cādyantaparvasu sabindukāni bījāni pañca madhyamaparvasu

Für alle Finger soll man an den ersten und letzten Gelenken die mit Bindu versehenen Bīja-Silben setzen; und an den fünf mittleren Gelenken die Bīja-Silben nach Vorschrift anbringen.
