अध्याय ८२ — व्यपोहनस्तवः (पापव्यपोहन-स्तोत्रम्)

सप्तपातालपादश् च सप्तद्वीपोरुजङ्घकः सप्तार्णवाङ्कुशश्चैव सर्वतीर्थोदरः शिवः

Transliteration

saptapātālapādaś ca saptadvīporujaṅghakaḥ saptārṇavāṅkuśaścaiva sarvatīrthodaraḥ śivaḥ

Translation

Śiva—der Pati—hat als Füße die sieben Pātālas; als weite Schenkel die sieben Kontinente; als Treibhaken (aṅkuśa) die sieben Ozeane; und in seinem Leib wohnen alle heiligen tīrthas. So ist Śiva, die alles umfassende kosmische Gestalt.
