कर्णिकायां न्यसेद् देवं देव्या देवेश्वरं भवम् वर्णानि च न्यसेत्पत्रे रुद्रैः प्रागाद्यनुक्रमात्

In der Lotoskapsel (im Zentrum) soll man den Herrn einsetzen—Bhava, den Deva, der der Herr der Götter ist—zusammen mit der Göttin. Und auf die Lotosblätter soll man die heiligen Silben in der rechten Ordnung legen, beginnend im Osten, zugeordnet gemäß den Rudras.

It prescribes nyāsa as an inner consecration: Shiva (Bhava) is स्थापित in the lotus-center with Śakti, while mantric letters are arranged on the petals—turning the worship-space into a living mantra-maṇḍala for Linga-puja.
Shiva is affirmed as Deva and Deveshvara (Pati, the sovereign Lord), yet worship is complete only with Devī—indicating Shiva-tattva as inseparable from Śakti in manifestation and grace.
