Shivamurti–Pratishtha Phala: Shivalaya-Nirmana, Kshetra-Mahatmya, Tirtha-Snana, and Mandala-Vidhi

कर्मेन्द्रियाणि पञ्चैव तथा बुद्धीन्द्रियाणि च उत्तरे विधिवत्पूज्य षडस्रे चैव पूजयेत्

karmendriyāṇi pañcaiva tathā buddhīndriyāṇi ca uttare vidhivatpūjya ṣaḍasre caiva pūjayet

Nach der rechten rituellen Ordnung soll man im nördlichen Bereich die fünf Organe des Handelns und auch die Organe der Erkenntnis verehren; ebenso bringe man Verehrung im sechseckigen Abschnitt dar. So werden die Sinne als Gabe an Pati, Śiva, geweiht, damit das pāśa (Band) über dem paśu (der Seele) gelockert werde.
