Von den Fußsohlen her soll man das Erdprinzip setzen und betrachten; aus der geheimen Region das Wasserprinzip; aus der Nabelregion das Feuerprinzip; und aus dem Herzen den Sonnen-Glanz—so werden die elementaren Kräfte im Leib für die Verehrung Śivas geordnet.
