अध्याय 66: इक्ष्वाकुवंश-ऐलवंशप्रवाहः (त्रिशङ्कु-राम-ययात्यादि-प्रकरणम्)
ययातिर्युधि दुर्धर्षो देवदानवमानुषैः भवभक्तस्तु पुण्यात्मा धर्मनिष्ठः समञ्जसः
yayātiryudhi durdharṣo devadānavamānuṣaiḥ bhavabhaktastu puṇyātmā dharmaniṣṭhaḥ samañjasaḥ
Yayāti war im Kampf selbst für Devas, Dānavas und Menschen unbezwingbar; doch war er ein Bhakta Bhavas (Śivas), von reiner Seele, fest in der Dharma und ausgewogen im Wandel.
