भुवनकोशविन्यासनिर्णयः (ज्योतिर्गति-वृष्टिचक्र-वर्णनम्)

प्राणा वै जगतामापो भूतानि भुवनानि च बहुनात्र किमुक्तेन चराचरमिदं जगत्

prāṇā vai jagatāmāpo bhūtāni bhuvanāni ca bahunātra kimuktena carācaramidaṃ jagat

Wahrlich, prāṇa (der Lebenshauch) ist die Stütze der Welten—der Wasser, der Wesen und aller Bereiche. Was braucht es mehr zu sagen? Dieses ganze Universum, Bewegtes und Unbewegtes, steht getragen von jenem prāṇa; und letztlich ist es abhängig von Pati, dem Herrn Śiva, dem inneren Lenker des Lebens.
