कुलालचक्रपर्यन्तो यथा शीघ्रं प्रवर्तते दक्षिणप्रक्रमे देवस् तथा शीघ्रं प्रवर्तते

Transliteration

kulālacakraparyanto yathā śīghraṃ pravartate dakṣiṇaprakrame devas tathā śīghraṃ pravartate

Translation

Wie sich das Töpferrad schnell bis zum ganzen Umlauf dreht, so bewegt sich auch, wenn das Ritual im rechten Lauf (dakṣiṇa) fortschreitet, der Deva—Śiva, der Herr (Pati)—rasch und gewährt dem gebundenen paśu schnelle Frucht.
