Shloka 5

उपमन्युना कृष्णाय पाशुपतज्ञान-प्रदानम् तथा दानविधि-फलश्रुतिः

नमश्चकार तं दृष्ट्वा धौम्याग्रजमहो द्विजाः बहुमानेन वै कृष्णस् त्रिः कृत्वा वै प्रदक्षिणम्

namaścakāra taṃ dṛṣṭvā dhaumyāgrajamaho dvijāḥ bahumānena vai kṛṣṇas triḥ kṛtvā vai pradakṣiṇam

Als sie den ehrwürdigen älteren Bruder Dhaumyas erblickten, verneigten sich die großen Zweimalgeborenen in Verehrung; und auch Kṛṣṇa umschritt ihn in tiefem Respekt dreimal in der glückverheißenden Rechtswendung (pradakṣiṇā).
