Īśvara-gītā: Antaryāmin, Kāla, and the Divine Ordinance Governing Creation, Preservation, and Pralaya

पातालानि च सर्वाणि भुवनानि च शासनात् / ब्रह्माण्डानि च वर्तन्ते सर्वाण्येव स्वयंभुवः

pātālāni ca sarvāṇi bhuvanāni ca śāsanāt / brahmāṇḍāni ca vartante sarvāṇyeva svayaṃbhuvaḥ
