Bhojana-vidhi and Nitya-karman: Directions for Eating, Prāṇa-Oblations, Sandhyā, and Conduct Leading to Apavarga
अमृतापिधानमसीत्युपरिष्टादपः पिबेत् / आचान्तः पुनराचामेदायं गौरिति मन्त्रतः
amṛtāpidhānamasītyupariṣṭādapaḥ pibet / ācāntaḥ punarācāmedāyaṃ gauriti mantrataḥ
Mit den Worten „Du bist die Hülle der Unsterblichkeit (amṛta)“ soll man Wasser von oben her schlürfen (in der vorgeschriebenen Weise). Nach vollzogenem ācamana vollziehe man erneut ācamana mit dem Mantra „Dies ist die Kuh“, regelgemäß.
