कदाचिन्मृगयां यातो दृष्ट्वा राक्षसमूर्जितम् / दुद्राव महातविष्टो भयेन मुनिपुङ्गवाः

kadācinmṛgayāṃ yāto dṛṣṭvā rākṣasamūrjitam / dudrāva mahātaviṣṭo bhayena munipuṅgavāḥ

Einst, als der erhabenste der Weisen zur Jagd hinausging, erblickte er einen mächtigen, von Kraft erfüllten Rākṣasa; von großem Schrecken getroffen, floh er aus Furcht in den weiten Wald.
