Transliteration

taṁ vīkṣya duḥsaha-javaṁ raṇat-kāñcana-nūpuram vaijayantyā srajā juṣṭam aṁsa-nyasta-mahā-gadam

Translation

Beim Anblick wurde klar, dass sein unbändiger Drang kaum zu zügeln war. Goldene Fußringe klirrten an seinen Knöcheln, eine gewaltige Vaijayantī-Girlande schmückte ihn, und auf einer Schulter ruhte seine riesige Keule.
