Dakṣa’s Daughters, Cosmic Lineages, and the Population of the Three Worlds
विश्वेदेवास्तु विश्वाया अप्रजांस्तान् प्रचक्षते । साध्योगणश्च साध्याया अर्थसिद्धिस्तु तत्सुत: ॥ ७ ॥
viśve-devās tu viśvāyā aprajāṁs tān pracakṣate sādhyo-gaṇaś ca sādhyāyā arthasiddhis tu tat-sutaḥ
Die Söhne der Viśvā wurden Viśvadevas genannt, und man sagt, sie hätten keine Nachkommen gehabt. Aus dem Schoß der Sādhyā gingen die Sādhyas hervor, und ihr Sohn hieß Arthasiddhi.
