Puṁsavana / Viṣṇu-vrata: Worship of Lakṣmī-Nārāyaṇa for Auspicious Progeny and Fortune
This verse shows a devotee praying that the Lord’s blessings be satyāḥ—truly fulfilled—recognizing Viṣṇu (Uttamaśloka) as the supreme giver of boons for all worlds.
Diti invokes the Lord’s exalted nature—praised by the best hymns—to express faith that His words and blessings never fail, and to seek assured fulfillment of His benediction.
Instead of chasing uncertain outcomes, one can cultivate devotion and integrity, praying for blessings that support lasting spiritual good—clarity, steadiness, and protection on the path of dharma.
