Vyāsa’s Vision, the Power of Bhāgavatam, and the Arrest of Aśvatthāmā
तत: प्रादुष्कृतं तेज: प्रचण्डं सर्वतोदिशम् । प्राणापदमभिप्रेक्ष्य विष्णुं जिष्णुरुवाच ह ॥ २१ ॥
tataḥ prāduṣkṛtaṁ tejaḥ pracaṇḍaṁ sarvato diśam prāṇāpadam abhiprekṣya viṣṇuṁ jiṣṇur uvāca ha
Daraufhin brach ein grelles, wildes Leuchten hervor und breitete sich nach allen Seiten aus. Arjuna sah darin Lebensgefahr und begann, zu Herrn Śrī Kṛṣṇa, Viṣṇu selbst, zu sprechen.
