FAQs

This verse instructs practicing prāṇa-regulation joined with praṇava (Oṁ), done ten times at the three daily junctions, leading to mastery over the breath.

In the Uddhava Gītā, Kṛṣṇa gives concise, practical methods of yoga and inner discipline to prepare Uddhava for steady remembrance and spiritual realization.

Set a simple routine—morning, midday, and evening—quietly chant Oṁ with measured breathing for a fixed count; consistency and calm attention are emphasized over complexity.
