Utthāna Ceremony, Śakaṭa-bhañga, Tṛṇāvarta-vadha, and the Vision of the Universe in Kṛṣṇa’s Mouth
नापश्यत्कश्चनात्मानं परं चापि विमोहित: । तृणावर्तनिसृष्टाभि: शर्कराभिरुपद्रुत: ॥ २३ ॥
nāpaśyat kaścanātmānaṁ paraṁ cāpi vimohitaḥ tṛṇāvarta-nisṛṣṭābhiḥ śarkarābhir upadrutaḥ

It describes how Trināvarta created such a blinding whirlwind that the residents of Vraja could not even see themselves or others, and they were tormented by sand and pebbles thrown about.
To show the intensity of the asura’s disturbance and the helplessness of ordinary beings, setting the stage for Krishna’s supreme protection and victory in this līlā.
When life becomes like a “whirlwind” of confusion and distress, this verse encourages taking shelter of Krishna, remembering that external storms can overwhelm the senses, but divine protection ultimately prevails.
